    How to clean around badges

To us automotive enthusiasts, something as simple as a badge can mean a lot and because of this, it’s important to keep them clean and looking their best.

Over time, you might start to notice dirt and grime starting to build up around the edges of your car’s badges and on the surrounding paintwork.

To bring your badges back to their former glory, Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner is your go-to product. Mix two capfuls of Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner with 10 litres of water and using a sponge, wash over the badge area. To get to the edges of the badge, you’ll need a soft-bristled brush. An old, clean soft (it must be soft) toothbrush will work a treat.

Using the brush, lightly scrub around the edges of the badge to loosen up any trapped dirt and grime. Some areas with heavier build-up may require some more attention. Frequently go over the area with a sponge to remove any loosened dirt so that you know how much left there is to get rid of.

Once the edges are free of dirt, rinse off the area with clean water and stand back and appreciate your newly-revived badge.
