It's silky to the touch and bird poo rinses off.
I'd post pics but don't think I have enough posts yet.

Only spend the money on paint protection if your going to keep the car longer than 4 years or you really like the ease of cleaning the car (its a breeze to clean) and having a freshly waxed look all the time
I cannot believe how easy it is to get bird poo off the car and it also leaves no marks behind as pomponazzi is inert to all ph levels between 2 and 13 so acidic bird poo has no effect if cleaned off within 24 hrs or so . I have looked hard at the paintwork after cleaning the bird poo off but there is not a mark or stain to be seen and on a bright red car which is the very easy to stain colour i am impressed

Gratz on the alltrack to btw great car i love mine i have done lots of mods to mine so if your thinking of doing stuff to yours shoot me a pm and i can hopefully steer you clear of some of the pitfalls i have come opon

Cheers. I've seen your beautiful beast and some of the mods... Envious as!
I've seen the benefits of sealants. On wheels is amazing.

10 month update on pomponazzi coating

Still looking great i did not clean it for a bit with the crappy Melbourne weather getting me down lol must have left it 2 months was looking at it and thinking does not look great so i pulled my finger out and gave it a good hand wash

Can only say wow what a transformation looks like new again paint glows, water beads ect
After winter i will be taking it to get a full clay bar clean (will be a annual event)

But looks great until it rains again of course

That looks sweet. It's amazing how well these coatings work.
I must say though, I enjoy the de-tar, de-iron, clay process and sealant top up. After you finish it's just so smooth.

    Pomponazzi 880xx paint protection

For those in Sydney I enquired with a couple of Pomy applicators. Details of the good ones (based on FB reviews).

    1. Haus of Detail (Smithfield) - owner uses a shared facility.

    Cost $1400 (880-X with 3yr warranty ) or $1800 (880-XX with 5yrs warranty).

    2. Laurinda

The thickness of the cheaper product (880-X) is 80% of the more expensive product (880-XX) hence, the difference in warranty period.

    Hi Kachingg,
Did you get the Pomponazzicoating on?
If Yes, What do you think of it?
Any signs of swirls or anything else?
    Would you recommend it?
If Yes , who did you use to have it done?
I am looking in to doing on my vehicle. It痴 a Bright white.

    Thanks.

Use dan,s Detailing in knoxfield he is really good

I really like it easy to keep clean my car is filthy atm as i was rear ended 6 weeks ago and have not washed it since as i am sulking lol
Even dirty as it is you can still see a lot of shine and gloss under the dust and crap
I do have swirls because i took my car in to get warranty work and they used the bloody drive through wash on it do not ever do that to any car you care about they are only small but i am anal about it so i notice
That will be getting fixed when i get the new rear bumper coated after repair

It is a great product and with a paint correction before hand your car will pop the paint just glows
I would recommend a yearly claybar clean to keep it looking its best

The car always looks like you have just had it waxed without the hours of effort you would have to put into it to keep it that way if that appeals go for it

Don't forget to post some photo's
