    RAC Track day 2/7

    Hey all,

In line with discussion on the other thread this is the thread dedicated to the track day.

    What: 2.5 hrs track racing
    When: 23rd of June
Where: RAC track (near the airport) Venue information | RAC Driving Centre | Defensive driving, 4WD, truck, forklift, towing, and motorcycle courses available

    Info:
So as far as i know here the info
    Number of people: 12
Cost: $600 in total (therefore $50 each)
Includes both skid pan and track.

I will find out more details shortly. This is mainly to see if the interest is there and to sort out the bugs. So feel free to ask a question and i can make sure to include it when i ring them. I will try and see if the 12 people is just on the track or if we can have more.

The way i plan to run the booking and payment system is to have almost a first come first serve. In the first few weeks before all the details are sorted ill add everyone's name in a list. From there when everything good to go I will ask the first 12 people for their deposit or share of the costs which once paid will guarantee them the spot. 2 or so weeks after that first stage ill open up any free spots (people who haven't paid) to those in order of the list.

Hopefully that makes sense above. If you guys aren't comfortable with that arrangement let me know, it just stops people taking spots and ditching at the last second.

Also if you said you will come in the other thread just reaffirm it in here so everyone knows and doesn't call shenanigans.
