I called VWA and they have approved the goodwill repair to cover 100% parts and 30% labour, I argued that this issue is preexisting and was reported when the car was under warranty, they told me the dealership didn't mention that in the application... I visited the dealership today and asked them to submit the application again... Will have to wait another couple weeks before I hear anything from them... But it looks promising

Yeah not bad... They refused to cover 100%... I booked it up for 105K service and replace the clutches next week... Will cost me $2200 altogether.

I have got my car back yesterday after spending 2 days being serviced at the dealership...
I'm really amazed by the difference replacing the clutches made... The car drives way smoother, and the gearbox is more responsive...
