    this sucks hate seeing people's pride and joy ruined like this.. My dad used to own a 911 just like yours but red amazing cars love the smell n sound of them when they start up just awesome. Such a shame. Rip

    Thankfully not. The red 911 that rolled at Phillip Island is currently being resurrected as a road car.

    I had a chat to the owner while detailing one of his other Porsches and was surprised when he said he's bringing it back to life. All of its racing mechanicals where used to build another race car from a spare shell he had.
