MK5 2.0 FSI PCV PLATE TECHNOLOGY — PATENT PENDING

Eurojet’s innovative MK5 2.0T FSI Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Link Plate replaces your failing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) PCV plate with a strong but lightweight plate that not only retains the functionality of the OEM PCV plate, but also dramatically increases your flexibility when planning for future modifications. This patent-pending design is unique in the industry, and provides a number of benefits:

Built to last
Manufactured from aircraft-grade aluminum vs. the plastic OEM construction, the Eurojet PCV link plate is lightweight but strong, and is designed to last.

Flexible configuration
The Eurojet PCV link plate enables multiple flexible configurations, allowing your system to function with or without a catch can, and with a vent-to-atmosphere (VTA) or recirculating setup. Even better, you can buy the plate now and upgrade to a catch can later, no additional plates required.

Easy installation
All fittings are designed with standard metric sizes to be assembled with common tools.

How it Works
Crankcase vapors from the block flow through our precision machined adapter plug via the factory hose and attachment. These vapors combine inside the valve cover with vapors from inside the cylinder head. As shown in Figure 1, vapors flow into our proprietary link plate plug, through our link plate, out through the opposite link plate plug, and into the intake tract of the engine.

Flexible Setup
When you’re ready to upgrade to one of our catch can setups, you can keep the same base PCV plate. Simply remove the link plate plugs and link plate. Underneath are two machined ports with o-ring bosses that match our proprietary AN fittings. You can easily add the Eurojet VTA or Recirculating Catch Can Systems to your vehicle using the AN fittings included with the kit.
The system is completely modular, giving you the flexibility you need to configure your setup. Want to change can setups? No problem. Need to block off a port completely? We have you covered.

VTA Configuration
In a VTA configuration, the block breather port and left-most PCV Plate port are blocked with solid blanking plugs. The center PCV Plate port is connected with a hose to one port on the catch can. The other catch can port is connected to the OEM block breather hose with the supplied Eurojet hose and adapter. See Figure 2.

Recirculating Configuration
In a recirculating configuration, the block breather port is blocked with a blanking plug. The left-most PCV Plate port is connected to the port on the catch can’s recirculation lid. The center PCV Plate port is connected to one of the catch can ports. The other catch can port is connected to the OEM block breather hose wit the supplied Eurojet hose and adapter. See Figure 3
