    Yes their level of service has been exceptional compared to other VAG dealerships that I dealt with in the past.
    They said there is a major leak in the DSG housing, where two of the big housing parts bond. They decided to replace the whole transmission as they are not confident they can seal the leak properly...

    Thanks mate, it will take 2 - 3 weeks to get the new DSG from Germany...

    Ah yes, if it's a leak in the casings, they'll just replace the whole unit.

    Re-sealing it, would require a complete teardown, which a dealership won't be inclined to do.

    I have finally got my car back yesterday... Brand new DSG and a new revised sunroof.
    Everything seems to be alright for now.
