    Mk5 Jetta CEL

    Hey all
Was driving in my Jetta (2L turbo petrol) yesterday when my CEL went off. It seemed fine with no noticeable difference in power I kept driving till I got home. I checked the faults and I got a P0441 and P0171. I remember once getting the P0441 and by the time I turned the car off and went back in to get my OBD dongle it and turn it back it has gone and never appeared ( that was possibly 6 months ago ) .

Now it appears that it's there to stay. Quick Google shows that it could be vacuum hose pipe leak and N80 valve replacement (cheapest and easiest for each error). Anyone with more skills than me have any idea what might cause these two errors to be thrown together ? I had a quick look of the hose pipes in question last night and couldn't see any cracks but it was dark and extremely late.

There's revised parts for the N80, and the plastic pipes it connects to, from memory.

I'll check them out on an early morning and see if they've got cracks
