Considering Sale/ Valuation Mk5 GT TDI

I have a Mk5 Golf TDI GT in Black, had it since new in 2008. Regularly serviced by VW, recently services by my-own Co.
Slightly modified, upgraded Stereo. GTI Steering wheel. Black Head-lining, etc. Millteck Exhaust, etc. inlet flap removal
and Custom Code software Flash. ~190,000 Km.

This is an awesome car with Power & economy. In 10 years of ownership I am considering of moving it on. Values have
dropped? due to dieselgate scandal. But I have not seen any for sale (seems those that own one, tends to keep them).
I am not selling car (YET) but wonder what people are prepared to pay, or what they are worth.

What do you think the above mentioned car is worth?

If its immaculate paint/interior wise, I'd pay upto 10k. No more personally. Some might.

People are hanging onto them because a) they are good cars and b) they are worth bugger all. You can get a decent diesel mk6 for under 10k.

redbook says $8.5-10 private.

I just picked one up for 4700 but it needed a bit of work (which I'm doing) and the seller diddnt know what it was worth.
