Aircon centre vents

All,

Is there a trick to get the centre vents working at normal/quicker air flow?

I've sent thermostat to 18deg, set it at auto, pressed the --> button which shows the icon next to the vent but the air flow is very weak from the front centre vents. The side vents closest to doors work a treat but must not have the right setting or else something is wrong?

Any ideas?.

Have you closed the vent on the top of the dash if you have one?

No havent tried that usually leave it open, I will give that a go.

Why does it do that? the top vent shows ^ icon so why is it that -> does not blow the air out of the front like the icon/picture when its on that setting?

There's no air setting for the top vent other than the manual flow control.

The ^ button on the dash refers to rising air from down yonder
