...but the T4 finally has genuine all terrain tyres under it.



After all this time (and many thousands of kilometres of dirt road) I finally came across some all terrain patterned light truck tyres in the 205/70R15 that is perfect size for the T4 and at 106 load rating well above what the thing needs.

Bridgestone Dueler 697. And just $189 per corner fitted.

So far much quieter (curiously) than the worn out and frankly not great Hankook van tyres that they replaced...

I rate those as good tires, and capable.

but I'm bias as i've had the 697's on my Hilux, Jimny and CRV, i found the noise quite low for a AT.

Looking forward to the day they do a 215/60 R17 with a min 104 load rating.
