Mk1 Cabriolet water housing - Where to find a replacement?

    Hey guys,

Long story short the water housing on my brothers Mk1 Cabriolet is leaking so we're looking at replacing it. However.... I can't find a suitable replacement for it. I've done one of these before on y Mk3 and was as easily fixed via eBay UK but his Mk1 has a metal housing which is different from anything I can find. I don't really care if the replacement is metal or plastic but all of the inlets/outlets and sensor placements are different from all the ones I can find and the sensor's looked to be threaded/screwed in rather than the plastic clip style. Can any one help at all? The other alternative I can think of is replacing the o-ring seal and hoping that works.

    Thanks,
    Beau

replacing the o-ring is a reasonable first step.
