I wonder how many people they reckon are lying about it....lol....who would lie about things like that?!

haha... mine didn't have that ..... I actually voided my own oil consumption test as mine didn't make it through the test without the red oil light coming on so I had to add a litre to get to the dealers. They were not happy but I wasn't driving with no oil just to make it through the test!!!

you may as well of stopped on the side of the road and got them to tow it to the dealership.....

Yeah they told me if the oil light comes on during test then just get it towed to dealership.
But then again I have a life with things to do and places to go and the last thing I want to do is be on the side of the road waiting for a tow.

For sure you have a mobile phone with camera. If the light pops up you can always make a little video as proof. Then remove that faking tape to fill the engine with brand new oil.

I have actually made a video of the car blowing smoke and taken pictures of where it spits out oil which counted for nothing because they have to "see it for themselves" and then "nothing shows up on the diagnostics" so therefore "the car is normal".

You should request a loan car for a week and let them drive it for a week...and see what they reckon.

That last picture is just carbon...now the oil splatters are what are really bad.
