    Quite a common technique to hold the steering arm up when the uprights are removed to facilitate removing the driveshafts. But one should always remember to remove said cable ties when the tasks are completed.

    Yeah, sent a long detailed email to VWA so they're fully aware of the quality from VW South Yarra. And they arranged another free loan car for me.
