Developed by Audi and featuring in its own premium models, this member of the EA888 engine family delivers 141kW and 320Nm of torque.
Crucially for enthusiasts, the 2015 Polo GTI joins the Fiesta ST in offering a a six-speed manual transmission, while the seven-speed DSG remains an option.
So the 7DSG now can now cope with at least 320NM.

Looks excellent, 1.8l motor a peach, 7speed DSG issues seem to have been sorted. Looks like a winner.

That front bumper is actually quite hideous.

The angles are so wrong in the bottom half...just does not flow in my opinion. The fog lights are clashing with the angular nature of the lower grille surround...which it in itself looks odd and not a part of the complete front bumper. I'll stick with my WRC bumper

The side skirts however are a nice touch.

Finally - where we were at 9 years ago (before launch) with the 9N3 lol.

It's quite ridiculous that all it's gained nearly a decade after the Cup Edition was released is 9bhp and a 6th gear.

And 5 doors, which is a must if this is to be the wife's next car (and my next project toy )

Tune 1 of these and 40+kw and 100+NM extra to be had ..... this will be 1 fun little car .....

Just a slight increase in torque to 320nm tho

Rims look good too, vast improvement on the detroits (more picks and news on CarAdvice now as well).

All in all the perfect runabout as a +1 to my Mk7 R
