    Polo GTI and Jetta similarities/differences

Does anyone know if the Polo GTI and the Jetta (pictured below) share the same front end chassis design? The engine bay appears to have the exact same layout with the 1.8T.

Another question which may help answer my question. Can you fit a APR fmic from a Jetta to a Polo GTI?

There is a good reason for my vague questions.

This is the reason I ask the questions! If he can have a cross flow fmic then I can probably fit one too if the Jetta and Polo have similar chassis design and layout.

I am more so interested in the way he has run his pipe work.

I believe the polo gti has a washer bottle in the FLH bumper cavity which would make that piping route difficult..

And I guess vw know a thing or 2 about running cooler piping in the most efficent manner to reduce manufacturing costs etc...

The bumper bar fittings behind the bar are different. So whilst the FMIC itself would be fine, you would most surely have to redo all the pipework to and from the FMIC.
