Front sway bar bushes

Ok so I’ve been hunting noises in my car for the last few weeks changing lots of parts fixing things and the last on the list is the front sway bar bushes that I believe are starting to make a little knocking noise on some harder bumps

Now I’m looking at buying superpro bushings seeing as everything else under my car car is the same but the problem I have is they have two sizes 20mm and 22mm can someone tell me which ones I need? Mine is a late 05 December 06 model if that makes a difference if they changed with the newer models polos or something cos no matter how much I google I can’t find the answer and don’t have time to get under the car or have a way of measuring it myself

My 06' and 08' cars both had 20mm bars but I have heard somewhere that 19mm bars are in the mix too? just use a 19mm or 20mm spanner and see which one fits the diameter of your bar.

Cheers for the advice mate a 20mm spanner fits on snug so that looks to be the go
